What began as an eight-seat chef’s menu, now opens into two distinct expressions of Korean cuisine, each grounded in tradition, elevated with precision, and ignited by fire.

Immerse yourself in an intimate kitchen-side experience, exploring Korean cuisine through a modern lens. Each course is shaped by seasonality, technique, and purpose, from delicate ferments to charcoal-seared finishes. With a focus on rare ingredients, the tasting menu is designed to awaken all the senses.
